Early Life

James Thomas Fallon was born in the Bay Ridge neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York on September 19, 1974. Fallon studied in a Roman Catholic school named St. Mary of the Snow. He is the son of Gloria and James Fallon.

He was an altar boy in school and for a long time considered being a priest. Fallon grew beyond his religious ambition when he began getting more into comedy after listening to Dr.

Demento show on the radio. Jimmy Fallon became obsessed like many teenagers with Saturday Night Live. He with his sister acted out sketches from the show for parents and friends.

During four years of high school, he was a performer at Saugerties High School in most of the stage productions. And in 1992, he graduated from Saugerties High School. Fallon also studied in The College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York.

He performed a sketch on “celebrity walk-a-thon” with impressions of popular comedians including Chris Rock and Jerry Seinfeld. Michaels laughed.
